Shipping policy

Products are built to order and there is no set timeline or guaranteed time in which they will ship after placing an order. Lead times vary and shipping costs vary. Customers will be contacted with info for both after placing an order. Customers will be charged a "Base Shipping" or "Base Freight" shipping charge at checkout but an additional payment may be required to cover varying shipping costs. Large products will be shipped LTL freight. We are not responsible for anything that happens once the product is given to the shipping carrier
