Mercury Exhaust Snout

This is a weld-it-yourself exhaust snout kit for Mercury 2.0, 2.4, and 2.5 V6 outboards. These are laser cut and made out of 1/4" 5052 aluminum. There are two variants, straight and tapered, and you can see both in the pictures.

Straight - The top plate is straight out from the midsection. The top plate and side plates are all one piece on this design. It is bent to eliminate two welds, and for better fit and finish.

Tapered - The top plate tapers down from the midsection. The top plate and side plates are separate on this design because they could not be bent with the bigger dimensions of this design.
